CSCA 2026 Convention and Hotel – Registration is Now Open!
Dear CSCA friends,
Registration for the 2026 convention is now open! CLICK HERE to start your journey to explore how we Translate! at #CSCA26.
If you register by March 9th, you get the special “Early Bird” rate. The sooner we know how many supplies are needed and how much food to order, the more we can save as an organization. We are always happy to pass these savings along to members when we can. Remember, those who do not register online before the convention will have to pay an additional onsite fee with their registration, as well as the regular convention rate.
If you have not renewed your membership for 2026, you can easily do that when you register for the convention.
When you register you will also be asked to indicate which events you wish to attend. This year we have a Thursday night President’s Party at the Dakota, Friday night Carolyn Calloway-Thomas Inclusivity Speaker Series keynote, and Saturday night closing celebration at the hotel.

The second draft of the CSCA 2026 Draft Convention Program is also available to review! Please report any errors via this survey link by January 16, 2026, and we will do our best to make corrections.
