2026 CSCA Call for Nominations ... Second Vice President and Executive Committee Member-at-Large

2026 CSCA Call for Nominations

Members of the CSCA Nominating Committee invite self and other nominations for Second Vice President and Executive Committee Member-at-Large positions. The Second Vice President will serve with members of the Executive Committee and will have the opportunity to plan the 2029 convention in Lincoln, Nebraska before assuming the presidency the following year. The Member-at-Large serves a two-year term on the CSCA Executive Committee, providing governance for the organization. Both positions will take office at the second Executive Committee meeting (Saturday meeting) at the 2027 convention in Madison, Wisconsin.

All individuals nominated must be CSCA members at the time of nomination.

To self-nominate, please send a 500-750 word letter of interest describing your experience and goals for serving the association in the office you are seeking, along with your curriculum vita. If you wish to nominate another person, please have them send their letter of interest and curriculum vita to you, and forward these materials with your nomination letter. 

All nomination packets should be submitted to Scott A. Myers, Chair, CSCA Nominating Committee at scott.myers@mail.wvu.edu no later than January 15, 2026.

The 2026 Nominating Committee consists of Scott A. Myers, Chair, West Virginia University; Christina S. Beck, Vice-Chair, Ohio University; Roberta Davilla Robbins, United Methodist Church; Danielle M. Stern, Christopher Newport University; Shannon VanHorn, Valley City State University; and Tiffany Wang, University of Montevallo (ex officio) in her capacity as Interim Executive Director.
