CSCA 2019 Convention - Registration Now Open!
Dear CSCA friends,
Registration for the 2019 annual convention is now open! CLICK HERE to start your journey to all that will be offered at #CSCA19. A few notes before you register:
If you register before March 5 you get the special "Early Bird" rate. The sooner we know how many supplies are needed and how much food to order, the more we can save as an organization. We are always happy to pass these savings along to members when we can. Remember, those who do not register online before the convention do have to pay an additional on-site fee with their registration as well as the regular conference rate.
We have been able to reduce the undergraduate student rate by 50% and the graduate student rate by 16%. These rates will increase after March 5th.
If you have not renewed your membership for 2019, you can easily do that when you register for the convention. Remember that we have several new interest groups, so take a close look at that section when renewing to make sure you are in the units that best represent you.
When you register you will also be asked to indicate which events you wish to attend. This year we have an opening ceremony so that everyone can meet and chat; a Friday night President's reception at the Durham Museum (https://durhammuseum.org). This event will feature an open bar, but you will need to register and pick up your ticket in CSCA Exhibit Hall.
You can register for a hotel room at the Downtown Doubletree Hilton here: https://doubletree.hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/O/OMAH-DT-CSC-20190402/index.jhtml. This hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the airport and all over downtown Omaha.
