CSCA 2015 Convention - Opportunities for Exhibiting/Advertising/Sponsorships
As the deadline for submission for presenters approaches, we wanted to let you know about other opportunities to keep our growing CSCA membership aware of your outstanding faculty, graduate program, or new text.
Please take a moment and visit the CSCA website for more information about exhibits and advertising. The forms are now up for advertising in the conference program. If you are a school, a publishing company, or someone who wants to buy a page to congratulate someone for a job well done – the information for Advertising and Exhibits are posted under the convention tab here: Convention Exhibitors. We are very excited to have you come and be part of our conference and program.
Please note there is one central request form for all of the opportunities. CLICK HERE to submit your requests.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce more details about the exhibits hall and new opportunities:
1) The location for exhibits this year is central and right off the main conference area. Set up can begin on Thursday at 7:00 am, with the Exhibits running from 8:00 am on Thursday until 2:00 on Saturday.
2) The coffee breaks will be on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the same central location as the exhibits hall to keep drawing in our conference attendees.
3) The poster sessions will be located across the room from the exhibits to keep the flow of traffic going.
4) This year we are pleased to introduce AUTHOR SIGNINGS where CSCA members will have the opportunity to talk further with some of our outstanding book authors, purchase copies of the text and have it signed. (Time slots for the book signing will be during prime conference times, dependent on the number of requests).
