Hello Members of CSCA Interpersonal & Small Group Communication Interest Group –
I am looking forward to a great conference. We have many great panels scheduled. As it gets closer to conference time, we’ll make sure to send you information about interest group-related items. One issue that was raised at last year’s business meeting was whether Interpersonal & Small Group clearly defines who we are. We agreed to table the discussion and if this is something people were interested in exploring (whether our name is accurate, if we should drop small group, if we should add something else, etc. – these were things that were mentioned in discussions) then we needed to create a group to explore this topic. Therefore, this is that call. If you are interested in being part of an exploratory group, please send me an email (Maria.Brann@mail.wvu.edu). Also, please indicate if you have an interest in chairing this group.
